Overview
Eco Renewable Energy partnered with PwC to create a unique and engaging experience at the AFR Summit, held at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney. The activation, known as the “Together Effect,” was designed to bring attendees together in a dynamic and interactive way, using our innovative Kinetic Floor technology.
Objective
The main objective of the activation was to encourage attendees to interact and dance together, creating a sense of unity and collaboration. PwC aimed to use this collective energy to visually represent their theme of togetherness and community at the summit.
Solution
We provided our state-of-the-art Kinetic Floors and integrated software to enhance the event experience. Here’s how we brought the “Together Effect” to life:
- Setup and Integration: Our Kinetic Floors were installed at the event venue, equipped with a control panel that seamlessly integrated with a large LED screen display. The setup was designed to capture and convert the energy from attendees’ movements into a visual representation.
- Interactive Experience: Initially, the screen showcased an image of a rural town. As attendees danced and moved on the Kinetic Floors, the energy generated from their movements was used to build a virtual city on the screen.
- Dynamic Visualisation: The more people danced and moved, the more the virtual city grew and developed. The interactive element encouraged participants to work together, with their collective energy contributing to the construction of the city.
- Impact and Engagement: The experience was designed to visually and physically represent the power of collaboration and collective effort. The growing city on the screen served as a way to show the impact of coming together and working as one.
Results
The “Together Effect” activation successfully achieved its goal of fostering unity and engagement among attendees. The interactive Kinetic Floors provided a memorable and visually impactful experience, aligning with PwC’s theme of togetherness and community. Attendees were actively involved in creating the virtual city, which helped to reinforce the campaign’s message and create a lasting impression.
