“We organised both the Kinetic Floors as a Photobooth and WeWatt Charging Stations from Eco Renewable Energy for our sustainable-carbon neutral event. Everyone loved charging up the photobooth by jumping on the floors and then taking a photo with their friends. The same with the WeWatt bikes, such a great idea for an event where delegates are sitting in rooms all day and want to move around while charging their phone.

“The ERE team installed Smart Benches across the City of Yarra in the first quarter of 2021. This was initially a pilot project, however we saw immediate benefits and value in enabling our communities with access to free Wi-Fi and device charging. Especially as a way to support increased digital inclusion within our public housing communities. On completion of the pilot, we purchased the smart benches to ensure the ongoing provision of connectivity and device charging in the public realm. We have also found the backend dashboard to be of great value – being able to visualise the data collected (device connections, wifi page views and environmental conditions) makes it easy to understand and incorporate into our Smart City Approach.”
